• DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ERROR FOR OUR PART:

 If upon receipt of your order you check that a product has some kind of defect or there has been some error on our part (sizes, colors, etc ... different from the ones you had chosen), Buddha Sports will replace it with the same product in perfect conditions without any additional charge for you.

 

• NEW PRODUCTS OR ERRONEOUS SIZES:

 In the event that you have made a mistake in size, or if you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it as long as the product has not been used and keep the original labels and packaging intact.

In this case, we will change the item or refund the amount of your purchase (except shipping costs) by credit card or bank transfer depending on the payment method used when purchasing the product.

 

• MAXIMUM DEADLINE FOR THE RETURN OR CHANGE OF PRODUCTS:

 If you make a change in size, the transport cost will be € 9.90 due to the double transport we carry out. The return of the new product, the return of the product that you have in your home and the commission of the Refund that the Transportation Agency charges us.

 Buddha Sports will not accept any change or refund that has not been notified and expressly accepted by us, so we recommend that you do not hesitate to contact us before doing anything. Although the legal term is 7 days, at Buddha Sports we extend this term and you have 15 days from when you receive your order to notify and explain how the change or return process works.
