The Transports will be Free in Spain and Portugal (Peninsula) for orders over 30 Euros

The Transports will be Free in Spain and Portugal (Peninsula) for orders over 30 Euros, being less than this order will be the postage of 3.95 Euros.

For the Balearic Islands the Transports will be of 6.90 Euros.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm will be delivered the next day by the Nacex transport agency, except for the Balearic Islands, which will be 3 to 5 days by the same agency.

All orders made in Europe (Peninsula) and without customs, the transport will be 6.90 Euros (Special European Offer).

Important Wholesalers:

For Wholesale Customers (Minimum Orders of 100 Euros) we will have two types of Transport available:

-Free Transportation for Spain and Portugal (Peninsula) in 48h to 72h by Nacex.

-Express Express Transportation, orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm, will be delivered the next day by Nacex transport agency for 6.90 Euros. (Except Balearic Islands).

-Transportation to the Balearic Islands will cost 6.90 euros and will be delivered by Nacex from 3 to 5 days.

-The Tatamis are not included Transports. Its price will be 10 Euros per box (Includes 10 pcs). Once the order is completed, the transports will be added and the Proforma Invoice will be sent to make the Payment.

Return policy

• DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ERROR FOR OUR PART:

If upon receipt of your order you check that a product has some kind of defect or there has been some error on our part (sizes, colors, etc ... different from the ones you had chosen), Buddha Sports will replace it with the same product in perfect conditions without any additional charge for you.

• NEW PRODUCTS OR ERRONEOUS

SIZES:In the event that you have made a mistake in size, or if you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it as long as the product has not been used and keep the original labels and packaging intact.

In this case, we will change the item or refund the amount of your purchase (except shipping costs) by credit card or bank transfer depending on the payment method used when purchasing the product.

• MAXIMUM DEADLINE FOR THE RETURN OR CHANGE OF PRODUCTS:

If you make a change in size, the transport cost will be € 9.90 due to the double transport we carry out. The return of the new product, the return of the product that you have in your home and the commission of the Refund that the Transportation Agency charges us.

Buddha Sports will not accept any change or refund that has not been notified and expressly accepted by us, so we recommend that you do not hesitate to contact us before doing anything. Although the legal term is 7 days, at Buddha Sports we extend this term and you have 15 days from when you receive your order to notify and explain how the change or return process works.
